Crossroads Inn and Suites

I've stayed here even before they renovated & everything has always been clean & everyone has always been so nice. Would highly recommend. The prices are always reasonable as well.

Nice place with decent features, i.e. electric stove, good size fridge, microwave. Did have small issue with people smoking right outside door for non-smoking rooms, but smoke didn't come inside room.

Arrived last year in Conway, SC for business just after Hurricane Matthew. The whole town was a mess. Lots of damage. Lots of out of town contractors in to assist with restoration. Was happy to find vacancy at the Crossroads Inn. Front desk VERY helpful and pleasant.Room very clean and bed very comfortable. Headed back to finish up business in April and will definitely book here again. Walking distance to Pub is a BIG plus!

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, especially Carmie and Steve!! We only stayed one night but will return next time that way!!! Rooms small but clean and had cooktop and larger fridge. We brought our cat too, and he says the beds are super comfortable!! He gives them 5 paws. Thank you Suburban...

The front desk staff(Victoria) was very friendly, nice and accommodating. I was very surprised at the very updated and modern rooms!!! Nice parquet wood floors, (I wish all hotels would get rid of the carpet!), clean and new bathrooms, and impressive fully stocked kitchenette. This hotel is located next to a convenient store, fastfood restaurants and there's even a Coastal Ale House next door to the property. The only thing that I did not like was the "free" breakfast. The sausage was terrible taste like they came out of cans and powdered eggs! We had to go out for breafast after first taste. But the coffee & juice is great! I would find a better sausage and also put in one of those make-it-yourself waffle irons. We would definitely stay here again, but will not bank on the free breakfast.

The room was nicely updated except for the tub but other than that, it was nice. Staff was nice except for when I first checked in, he wasn't so nice, felt like I was bothering him. We stayed in the building in the back and I was weary at first because it felt isolated but it ended up being okay because they had the area lit up well. I'm my opinion, it was hard to see from traffic, especially at night, but after returning a few times it was fine (the sign sits back a little from the road and is small). Would stay again if needed.

Management could be friendlier. Rooms could be cleaner. They should take a look at Comfort Inn as an example on how to do a continental breakfast. It's not bad but constantly out of products and have a strict policy of not taking food out of lobby. Unless you have a medical issue then they will allow it. However it is in a good location, not far from Conway or Myrtle Beach. Minutes from Conway Medical Center and the University. Several local good places to eat and a grocery store within 3 minutes drive. Gas station and Burger King, Wendy's and Subway all within walking distance. Domino's delivers and so does Papa John's. There's a sports bar on the lot next to the pool. They have very good walk in specials that you can not get on any of the websites. Even have weekly and monthly rates. Cleaning staff are very friendly.

There are negative reviews depict this place in a negative light which is very untrue considering our past stays. I have stayed here multiple days over the course of these past two weeks and everything is wonderful. The newly renovated rooms are clean, modern and stylish while still creating a comfortable feel for your stay. The management and workers are all extremely respectful and kind as well as helpful with any of your needs. There is a complimentary breakfast which is a nice addition and a little snack section for any of your craving needs. This location is perfect for a stop near CCU or a just a well-priced place a little farther from the beach. I suggest that if you've been here before and haven't liked your stay to 100% give them another try considering how beautiful and clean this place is.
